Vendor Terms and Conditions


As a vendor you are required to provide inserts and/or coupons that are listed in your vendor storefront. Your descriptions of inserts/coupons must be listed in text or pictures so customers will know exactly what they are receiving. If you are selling inserts, the title of your listing must include the wording, “Whole inserts” and the lot size. If you are selling clipped coupons or peelies, the title of your listing must include the wording “Clipped” or “Peelie” and the lot size. Preorders WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. If you will be shipping items Priority or First Class Mail, be sure to include that in your description. If tracking numbers has been added/included in order you will be required to provide this to the customer.

Refunds will only be issued to customers if the seller delays shipping due to circumstances that can be prevented. If you (seller) have also shipped defective inserts/coupons or does not ship accordingly to prevent inserts/coupons from being damaged or defective then a refund to the customer will be issued. If seller does not ship at all, refunds will be issued to customer. All refunds will come directly from your weekly commissions. It is your responsibility as a seller to monitor your store daily, and if this does not happen then you will be removed as a seller and all commissions will be retained or obtained by Coupon Fairyland.

If you no longer wish to sell for Coupon Fairyland you must email us directly at CouponFairyland@gmail.com PRIOR to the next payout. If store is kept in vacation mode OR inactive over a month without any correspondence, then your storefront will be removed and you will no longer be a seller. Your information will never be passed to any other 3rd parties EXCEPT Paypal. CouponFairyland is paying for your services of locating, sorting, and mailing inserts/coupons. We always want to keep vendors and buyers safe while navigating this site so we urge you to read all the vendor terms and conditions.

General Info

Items permitted for sale
  • Original manufacturer coupons, individually or in packages
  • Full inserts (Smartsource, Unilever, RetailMeNot and P&G coupon inserts)
  • Peelie, Blinkie and Tearpad coupons
  • Restaurant coupons
  • Store coupons
  • How-To books – No downloads/Digitals
Items NOT permitted for sale
  • Copied, printed or counterfeit coupons
  • Links to Printable coupons
  • Any digital downloads
  • Listings that don’t offer anything for sale or those that offer intangible items aren’t allowed.
  • A listing also shouldn’t include personal opinions, political views, or offensive comment.
  • Listings that sell an opportunity to win an item or prize either by chance or in connection with a skill contest.
  • PRESALE listings
  • Anything involving guns and firearms, pornography and adult entertainment, live animals, prescription drugs, beer, wine and alchohol, toxic/hazardous chemicals, drugs and drug paraphernalia, lottery tickets, human body parts, fireworks, Government documents, IDS, and licenses.
Pricing for your listings

As a Vendor you are free to set your own prices and bundles deals.  When pricing your products, please keep in mind you should add your shipping fees.  All shipping is at the seller’s expense.

While there are no listing fees at Coupon Fairyland, there is a selling fee per transaction, and a weekly shop fee. Selling fees are further explained below.

Unlimited listings

Sellers have a unlimited number of listings. Sellers are responsible for the information contained in their listings, including coupon limitations, values and expiration dates.

Shipping Policies
  • All vendors are required to comply with our Coupon Fairyland guarantee that all orders placed by Noon EST Monday – Friday will ship that same day via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
  • We do not ship on Sundays.
  • Saturday shipping and cut-off times are up to the discretion of the individual vendor and their local Post Office.
  • Coupon Fairyland also guarantees free shipping on all orders, no matter the quantity and our system is not set up to add shipping fees to orders, so please keep this in mind when when setting prices.
  • Seller must use Order Comments to send tracking number to Buyer.
  • Seller is responsible for all shipping and packing costs.
  • Seller is responsible for insuring package, if necessary.

Listing of Items

*Vendor shop fee will not be deducted out of the first FOUR weekly payouts. Selling fee will still be assessed.

Clipped Coupons
  • For sales totaling $1.00 – $250.00 for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 15% shop fee.
  • For sales totaling $251.00 – $500.00 for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 14% shop fee.
  • For sales totaling $501.00 or more for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 13% shop fee.

*Shop fee will not show in commissions

Whole Inserts
  • For sales totaling $1.00 – $250.00 for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 14.5% shop fee.
  • For sales totaling $251.00 – $500.00 for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 13.5% shop fee.
  • For sales totaling $501.00 or more for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 12.5% shop fee.

Peelies/Specialty Coupons
  • For sales totaling $1.00 – $250.00 for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 14.5% shop fee.
  • For sales totaling $251.00 – $500.00 for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 13.5% shop fee.
  • For sales totaling $501.00 or more for the week the selling fee is $.05 per transaction + 12.5% shop fee.

Customer Refunds

Customer with approved refunds, will be refunded at the expense of the vendor whom sold the item(s).  If the Vendor has already received commission for item(s) in question, then the refund will be deducted from vendor’s next Paypal transfer.  

If the Vendor has not yet received commission for item(s):

The refund amount will be deducted from “Commissions Due” ONLY if the full order was refunded, or if item was the only item on the order and the Vendor was the only Vendor on the order.

The refund amount will be manually deducted from Vendor’s next payout IF there were multiple Vendors on the order, or there were multiple items on the order.

If there sufficient comissions is not available for Vendors next payout, a Paypal invoice or claim may be filed against the Vendor to acquire the funds.

PayPal Payouts

Payouts will be every Wednesday of the week by 12pm est via Paypal. Your correct Paypal information must be submitted in the vendor application to ensure proper payment. If any incorrect information is provided Coupon Fairyland will not be responsible. Coupon Fairyland will not be responsible for any fees associated with Paypal or your bank.

Payouts will be processed as Goods and Services, and fees will be paid by Vendor.

More Payment Information
  • All customer payments are made directly to CouponFairyLand via Paypal and will be paid out to Vendor’s Paypal account every Wednesday,(minus selling fees and shop fee).
  • You will automatically receive an email notification every time someone orders from your shop and payment has been processed.
  • Your Paypal account must be linked to your Shop.
  • Sellers’ orders and commissions are instantly visible on the Vendor Dashboard.
  • Paypal transfers are made once a week, every Wednesday, normally by 12:00 pm EST. Unshipped orders, unresolved issues and customer charge backs against CouponFairyLand will be passed on to the Seller’s Paypal account and deducted from the next week’s fee transfer. If the vendor has no pending fees for us to transfer we will not hesitate to place a hold on your Paypal account to cover customer refunds.
  • In emergency situations Coupon Fairyland will transfer your funds earlier if needed. This can be initiated by sending us a email at Couponfairyland@gmail.com and we will contact you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, early payouts is for Emergency situations only.
  • Shops with no activity will be automatically deleted after 30 days and no refunds will be issued.
Taxes

Each vendor is responsible for their state and local taxes etc.

CouponFairyLand will not collect taxes.

Title for Clipped Coupons
  • MUST have dollar amount of coupon including the dollar sign($) – Ex. $5/2
  • MUST include a decimal point if applicable – Ex. $.50/1 or $1.75/1
  • The dollar sign and coupon value MUST be followed by the name of the product – Ex. $1.50/1 Persil Laundry Detergent
  • Expiration date – Example (00/00/00)
  • Lot size – Example Lot of 10 (for simple products and clipped/ specialty coupons)

Example: $1.50/1 Persil Proclean Laundry Detergent (excludes 6 loads or less etts) (10/31)

Product Description: This is where the coupon description MUST go. It also is easier for the customer to read.

Character count: Titles may include up to 51 characters, including spaces.

Grammer: Please check your listing titles and descriptions to make sure there are no grammatical errors.

Title for Whole Inserts
  • MUST start with the words “Whole Inserts”
  • Lot size
  • Product description

Character count: Titles may include up to 51 characters, including spaces.

Example: Whole inserts-Jan P&G w/Tide-Lot of 10

Product Description: This is where the insert description MUST go. You must include the description of every coupon in insert along with expiration. This helps customers know exactly what in each insert.

Grammer: Please check your listing titles and descriptions to make sure there are no grammatical errors.

Photos of item
  • You may ONLY use your photos. Other vendor’s photos are not permitted.
  • You may use pictures of the actual coupon or you may use pictures of the product, or you may use a placeholder image such as your shop’s logo. If you don’t want to use any images, we have generic images that will automatically appear on your listing.
  • When you submit an image on one of your listings that image will be displayed in several locations on the site and will link to your listing.
  • Your image will look best in all locations if it is exactly 500 pixels x 500 pixles and if it has a white background.
  • Using images that are smaller than 500 x 500, either on one side or both, may cause your image to appear stretched and blurry in some of the larger locations.
Miscellaneous

Sellers are responsible for complaints related to their specific shop only.

Customer complaints that come directly to Coupon Fairyland will be directed or forwarded to the individual Seller. You will have 24 hours to address complaints.

If you have not satisfied the customer within 24 hours we will automatically step in and take care of it, your shop may be suspended or closed, and if necessary a claim will be issued against your Paypal account for any fees or refunds required to satisfy the customer.

If, for any reason, your shop is suspended or closed, you forfeit any and all fees and any and all transactions that haven’t been transferred.

  • No outbound links permitted
  • You may NOT use any promotional methods to lead customers away from Coupon Fairyland and to any other coupon clipping service. Any vendor caught doing so will immediately have their shop deleted and all fees owed will be retained by Coupon Fairyland.

If we close your shop because you’ve ignored our rules we will not refund any fees. If we close your shop because of extreme customer complaints, we may also keep any or all pending commissions and/or file a chargeback against your Paypal account.


Violations

Any vendor who violates any of our policies may have their shop deleted without warning and all sales accrued will be forfeited, regardless of the amount. We may also file a Paypal complaint against you to redeem losses due to customer refund requests that have been processed after you’re gone.

We reserve the right to change any or all of our Vendor Terms & Conditions at any time.
